The well laid out interior which extends to 74 sq.m/ 800 sq.ft, (approx.). includes a welcoming entrance hall which is generously proportioned offering excellent storage. The living/dining room benefits from a lovely outlook, due to the extensive use of glass this open plan reception room enjoys excellent light and has direct access to the balcony. The modern kitchen is separate and is fitted with an array of high end Neff integrated appliances. The main bedroom is a particularly spacious double room with built in wardrobes with a contemporary en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is a well-proportioned, spacious double room also containing built in wardrobes, while the luxurious bathroom completes the accommodation.

We have a mandatory cleaning fee of €50 per stay and a refundable security deposit of €200 is collected at the check in.
